What you will get:

- a fierce full body workout that floods the body with endorphins! 

- increased stamina, cardio fitness and toning

- increased coordination 

- a variety of choreography each week to your favourite hip-hop, Dancehall, afro and rnb tracks 


What to bring: 

- yoga mat for floor work

- sweat towel

What to wear: trainers/ sneakers, exercise wear that allows a variety of movement
